Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
