Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Mill Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
