Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Juniper Foods is a Indianapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
