Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
