Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Houston, TX)

Nova Linden Legal Group provides legal services in Houston across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
