Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification.
