Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Honolulu, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
