Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Sparrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification.
