Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Hartford, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
