Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Meadow Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Hartford with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
