Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • A relevant degree or certification.
