Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Fresno, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
