Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Fresno, CA)

Cedar North Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Fresno, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
