Northwind Orchard Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps.
