Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Meridian Telecom is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
