Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
