Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in El Paso across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
