Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
