Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Corner Insurance is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
