Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • A relevant degree or certification.
