Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Families are partners. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
