Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
