Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Denver, CO)

Bright Ember Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Denver area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Denver. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
