Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Denver, CO)

Northwind Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Denver area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Denver. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
