Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Denver, CO)

Nova Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
