Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Denver. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
