Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Dallas, TX)

Nova Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Dallas caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
