Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Dallas, TX)

Nova Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Dallas. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 674 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
