Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
