Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
