Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Columbus with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
