Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Markets Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification.
