Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
