Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
