Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework.
