Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Foods Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
