Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
