Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cincinnati, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
