Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Bright Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification.
