Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fox Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
