Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Chicago. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
