Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Vale Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
