What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
