Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
