Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Charlotte. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. Families are partners. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
