Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Beacon Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our budgeting and forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
