Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on budgeting and forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
