Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Meridian Civic Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
