Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Summit Beacon Financial Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be budgeting and forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Boston. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
