Financial Analyst - budgeting and forecasting (Boston, MA)

Cedar Quill Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on budgeting and forecasting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
